QQuest unveils FMLA Administrator™ at 2006 MISHRM State Conference – September 20, 2006
Grand Rapids, MI., Sept 20, 2006 – As the 2006 MISHRM State Conference opened the HR Expo at the DeVos Place Conference Center in Grand Rapids, QQuest Corporation announced its newest solution offering for HR professionals. FMLA Administrator™, a web-based system that integrates with QQuest’s other Human Resources products, is designed to simplify Family Medical Leave Act leave administration for employers.
In announcing the product, Patrick Martin, QQuest Director of Sales and Marketing, noted that this new solution is a logical extension of QQuest’s process improvement solutions. “QQuest has delivered the leading absence management system, ATS, since 1999. Increasingly, our customers have asked for support in managing absences related to FMLA leaves. FMLA Administrator was a logical next step for managing intermittent FMLA leave usage and certification administration.”
Bob Justin, QQuest Vice President, said “using FMLA Administrator, HR professionals now can significantly reduce the paperwork and confusion about granting FMLA leave to employees; FMLA leave use can be tracked down to the minute.” Commenting on announcing FMLA Administrator at the 2006 MISHRM State Conference, Mr. Justin noted that the choice wasn’t accidental. “QQuest is a Michigan-based company, so MISHRM was the logical place to begin our national roll out. Michigan businesses need all the help we can get in controlling costs and increasing productivity”.
Patrick Martin noted that FMLA Administrator™ integrates seamlessly with ATS™ or is used as a stand alone application. Similar to ATS™, FMLA Administrator™ is offered in both hosted and enterprise configurations. The hosted solution is offered as a service, with no installation or capital investment at a customer’s site. FMLA Administrator™ enterprise solution offers flexibility in integrating with other processes and systems. Mr. Martin promised that details of FMLA Administrator™ would be posted on QQuest’s website, www.qquest.com for those unable to attend the MISHRM conference.
QQuest is a leading provider of process improvement solutions to HR professionals in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and government.
