Using FMLA Administrator™ reports, the employer tracks necessary information such as approved FMLA certifications, approved employee time allotments, and approved employee time used. FMLA Administrator™ can also track the administration of associated forms and letters. Since FMLA time used can sometimes be unpredictable, the FMLA Administrator™ allows the HR staff to update or enter timings via the website interface when necessary.
